York House Registry Office is an idyllic 17th century building situated on the banks of the Thames. For a stately home feel, not too far from Central London, York House is a great option for your ceremony, reception, or both!
Tino and Steve had their unique Mario Kart themed wedding at York House Registry Office, then celebrated at the nearby Lensbury Resort in Teddington, making their beautiful wedding a truly personal and memorable day for all.
GETTING MARRIED AT YORK HOUSE REGISTRY OFFICE
All of the spaces available at York House can be hired in conjunction with each other in order to suit your needs and provide more space for your celebration. Moreover, of the rooms that are licensed, they are licensed for both marriage and civil ceremonies.
The Salon:
An ornate room overlooking the driveway at the front of the house, licensed to accommodate 70 guests for a ceremony. The Salon is available for both your ceremony and reception, should you wish.

The Hyde Room:

The Clarendon Hall:
This room is great for a reception, as it offers space for approximately 150-200 guests banquet style.

The Winter Garden:
A classic Victorian conservatory at the back of the house overlooking the gardens, with the original glass-dome roof. The Winter Garden is available for both your ceremony and reception – it is licensed for a maximum of 60 for the ceremony.

The Terrace Room:
The Terrace Room is an elegant room with French windows leading directly out onto the Terrace and gardens. It is licensed to accommodate 40 seated guests and 10 standing guest. (ceremony only) Marriage & Civil Ceremony.
