My absolute favourite spot for an elopement in Scotland.Windy roads through the glen surrounded by hills and mountains on either side. There’s something truly majestic and enveloping about Glencoe, and I can just never get enough. Ceremony locations include the valleys, lochside or forests.
3 hours away from Edinburgh. Most locations within 30 minutes of Ballachulish.

ISLE OF SKYE
There’s a reason Skye is one of the most popular destinations for people to visit in Scotland. Easily accesible without ferries, it’s super dramatic, full of expansive backdrops to say your vows and have your photos taken.
5.5 to 6.5 hours away from Edinburgh. Limited accommodation, and locations could be 45-1hr from each other.

I’m a Scotland elopement photographer and I believe that elopements are a creative expression of who you are as a couple, and that’s why I do what I do.
I love telling the story of who you are; what brought you together, your elopement, and the hope of all the moments still to come.
I live north of Edinburgh with my husband, our twin boys, and a very cheeky tuxedo cat.
I know all the words to Hamilton, am obsessed with crafting, have never met a cheese I didn’t like, and I’m always looking for sincere and authentic stories to tell.

ELOPEMENTS IN SCOTLAND
I’ll work with you closely to plan your elopement so that we can make sure that I’m there to tell the full story.
We’ll have calls online, and make sure that you’ve thought of everything you might need for your elopement.
If you need make up artists, videographers, celebrant or location recommendations – we can work together to make sure you have amazing vendors who understand and celebrate eloping.
YOUR ELOPEMENT
On the day, we’ll shoot as much of the day as you want. Just because you’re eloping doesn’t make your story any less special.
We can start with you and your partner getting ready, celebrating alone or with friends, exploring wherever you’ve decided to get married and everything that comes afterwards.
After your elopement, I’ll send you some photographs within 24-48 hours so that you can share them with your family & friends who might not have been there. You’ll receive all the rest of your images within 6-12 weeks.

All of Scotland is so beautiful, and you really can’t go wrong choosing a location to elope, but I can help you choose somewhere that is beautiful, takes your specific logistics in mind, and fits your vision of the day.
PLANNING A TIMELINE
You’d be surprised how quickly 5 hours can go when you’re traveling through incredible scenery and walking through heather to get to breathtaking spots. If you’re unsure of how long things will take, I’ll help you plan a timeline!

Choosing the right suppliers make a huge difference. I’ll give you recommendations of celebrants, hair and make up, and even venues to reach out to. And you’ll be surrounded by helpful, kind and lovely people.

If I’ve got availability, I’ll let you know, and we can confirm the date and location. We can have a call to see if we’re a good fit. And after that I’ll send you a booking proposal with a contract and invoice.

Yup. It’s 50% to book your elopement photography and 50% a month before your elopement date.
Yes! I know how overwhelming it is to plan this. So I’m available over WhatsApp, iMessage or email for any questions and chats about planning.
Don’t even worry about it. Photographing couples that think they’re awkward is my speciality. If you need it, I’ll be telling you what to do with your hands, and giving you prompts that will make your experience fun and relaxed.
I would recommend at least 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season. However, if I’m available, I’m happy to take short notice bookings. And if you’re planning in advance, I’m happy to reserve your date for you too. Basically, as soon as you have a date in mind – let me know.
This is something we’ll chat about on our initial call if we have one. If your session is in the city, we might manage 2 hours. But for anything in Glencoe and further afield, the minimum I recommend is 5 hours.
ABSOLUTELY! I’m so aware of the fact that you’ll want to be able to share your elopement with those that aren’t there, and I send some quick phone-edited snaps within hours of your elopement ending, followed by a proper preview within 72 hours.
Essentially, nothing about your day or experience will feel anything different when you add on a highlight film. I’ll put a microphone on you, and your celebrant to capture audio of your ceremony and vows, and that’s it! Throughout the day I’ll grab clips and put them together in a film for you.
It’s Scotland. The weather is going to do whatever it’s going to do. We’ll lean into it, and I’ll come prepared for whatever it might throw our way.
Yes. Your online gallery is linked to a professional print lab, so you (or family/friends) can order high-quality prints of your favorite photos easily. I offer prints in various sizes, beautiful framed enlargements, and bespoke photo albums. You can order these locally in the US, UK, Europe and Canada.
