I’m so honoured that you’re considering working together to capture your elopement.
I really do believe that choosing your photographer is one of the most important decisions you make during your elopement planning.
It’s important to me that you have all the information you need to make this choice, so here it is.
When you’re choosing your elopement photographer, you’re not just choosing someone for the camera equipment they use, how many images you get, and how many hours they’re there for.
You’re actually choosing;
the way you want your relationship to be seen,
the way you want to be treated on your day
someone who puts your enjoyment of your day above the photos
who to trust with recording the memories of your day, your love and your family.
And I’ve been photographing people in love for 13 years. I really really love what I get to do.
Over the years I’ve learnt that there are some photographers who are in this job for the ‘photos’. But me? I’m in it for the people. I love getting to centre you, your story and your day.
My job isn’t to simply show up, take your photos, edit them and hand them over.
I’m here to listen to you, to hear about your plans, and to help you create the most authentic and intentional elopement that just feels like you!
Beyond delivering great photos, the thing I’m most proud of is the service I give my couples.
I believe that photographing people is a special honour and I’ll do everything I can to create a kind, relaxed and wonderfully memorable experience for you both.
When I’m not out photographing people in love, I’m at home with my family. I’ve been married to my husband for 7 years, but together for 13.
We actually planned and had three weddings all over the world with our family and friends. (They were all small affairs, but we really wanted to celebrate with everyone without them having to travel).
In 2023, we welcomed our identical twin boys, and 9 months after that we moved from London to a small town in Scotland where we find ourselves today.
Outside of my work, I love to craft (knit, sew, crochet – you name it!), watch a great show (I almost always have something playing while editing) and recently have become obsessed with gardening.
You deserve so so much more. You deserve someone who doesn’t think your elopement is just another photoshoot.
You deserve someone who really takes the time to get to know you, your partner and what is truly important to you on the day you both commit to a lifetime together.
My job isn’t to simply show up, take your photos, edit them and hand them over.
I’m here to listen to you, to hear about your plans, and to help you create the most authentic and intentional elopement that just feels like you!
I went through my reviews to see what couples really said about working with me, and honestly, these are all the things that I really care about, so it checks out.
I make people feel calm, comfortable and themselves. I go beyond being just a photographer, and feel more like a friend, not just a vendor. And my goal is for you to enjoy your day more than anything else.
I believe that everyone deserves to have a welcoming, supportive and inclusive photographer. This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space.
This is a gender affirming, relationship celebrating space for all people, all cultures, all identities.
You don’t need to explain anything here. I’m just honoured to champion and support you, your story and how you choose to commit to each other.
I’m not chasing a perfect photograph for the ‘gram. Rather, I’m observing your day as it unfolds and creating space for who you are as a couple. And that means photos that are full of moments that feel noticed not staged.
“But we’re really awkward people”. I’m here to guide you into moments with a gentle posing (no one likes an awkward arm), and encouragement. My goal is to always get you to feel comfortable in front of the camera, so that you see yourselves in your photos.
My job is to tell the full story of your day. Every thing and every one is important. From your grandmother’s ring you’re wearing, the way your feel during your vows, and the joy you have celebrating in the way that feels right to you.
It all matters to you, so it all matters to me.
Of course details are important, but to me details are often secondary to the feelings, emotions, atmosphere and interactions of your day.
Time together as newlyweds on an elopement day is precious. So my goal is to make the time spent taking couple’s photos enjoyable for you.
While being efficient, I’ll make that time feel easy and effortless. There’ll be movement, interaction, gentle posing guidance and above all joy.
All elopements are different but there’s always joy. And that’s what I’m capturing.
Sometimes it’s a quiet, intimate, soft joy, and sometimes it’s fun, chaotic, celebratory joy. But no matter what, your photos will feel like your day did.
I have base packages that each differ by how many hours you need me for. I’m not here to up-sell or overwhelm you with options. I’d rather you had enough time to look through this guide over a cup of tea, and then let’s have a chat.

I offer hybrid coverage which means in addition to photo, I capture video and audio clips throughout your elopement and create a highlight film of your day.
You’ll still get the photo moments you’ll frame. But with video, I’ll capture more; the movement, the voices, and the extra bits you’ll want to relive.
And because it’s all captured by me, it’s seamless and unobtrusive. No extra teams, no competing priorities; just a calm, consistent presence documenting your day as it naturally unfolds.
I AM NOT A VIDEOGRAPHER
I am NOT a videographer. If you’re wanting a cinematic video of your day, with all major moments on video, including the full ceremony and speeches, you should hire a dedicated videographer, and I’ll happily make suggestions of people to contact.
HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Throughout your day, I’ll capture small clips. I won’t always manage to do both photo and video for key moments. But wherever possible, while you’re doing everything you would normally be doing, I’ll switch between photo & video.
After your day, I’ll put these clips together into a little highlight film for you to be able to watch back.
RECORDING OF VOWS & SPEECHES
I’ll make every effort to record your ceremony and speeches, and use some of that audio interspersed throughout your highlight film.
If possible, I’ll also give you those audio files so that you can listen back to everything. Like your own little wedding podcast!
THE CITY

UK TRAVEL
Travel outside of mainland Scotland, but within the UK is charged at £450. Travel outside of mainland UK is £950. This covers accommodation, travel & eating expenses and will ensure I’m there the day before. This is incredibly important when considering elopements on the Isles.

Dependent on how many prints, and which album you buy. These are easy to add on and purchase from your final gallery. On average, couples spend about £400 – £500 per album.

You can skip the 8-12 week wait and purchase priority editing.
Here’s an idea of what working with me looks like;
Your next step is to either send me an email with any questions you’ve got and the package you’re looking at.
Or you can book in a zoom call and we can chat through your elopement, your timeline and the packages that would work well.
Once we’ve had a chat and you know what package you’re after, I’ll send you a proposal.
That proposal will have a form for you to select your packages, a contract for you to sign, and an invoice attached.
50% of your package price is due to confirm your booking, and you can pay that with a debit or credit card. (Yes, I accept AMEX). Just click the “pay now” button on the invoice, and you’ll be prompted to enter in your details. If you’re in the UK, you can also do a bank transfer.
Once you’re booked in, I’ll send you a link to your client portal where you can find all your documents.
I’ll also send a few scheduled emails with some helpful tips about how I work.
I’m happy to be as involved as you want or need me to be. If you want supplier recommendations, need advice on elopement day activities or timelines, or just someone to champion and support your elopement plans, I’m here for you!
I’ll send you a link to book in a run through call, along with a big form full of helpful questions for us to discuss ahead of your elopement.
I’ll ask about locations, timings, family dynamics, group photo lists etc. We’ll make sure that we’re on the same page ahead of your elopement so that your day and your photos can run as smoothly as possible.
We’ll probably have that run through call at some point this month.
The remainder of your balance is also due at this time, and I’ll send you reminders along with a payment link for that.
We’ll have a little WhatsApp group, which you can use if you like – there’s no pressure. But I’ll probably pop you a quick message ahead of your day just in case there are any last minute bits and pieces.
Within 48-72 hours, I’ll send you around 20+ preview images in an online gallery.
This will be a gallery that you can share with family or friends, but also order prints and thank you cards from.
After I’ve gone through all the images I shot on your day, you’ll receive your full gallery within 6-12 weeks.
This will also be a gallery that you can share with your family and friends if you choose, and will also be linked to a professional printing lab in either the UK, Europe, the US, Australia or Canada.
I’ll probably be in touch via your gallery about designing and printing an album. I’m always happy to help with getting your photos off digital hard drives and into your hands.
You’ll receive some information about your online gallery expiring (14 months after your elopement), and information on how to back it up. I offer annual gallery back up options that you’re able to purchase if you want peace of mind.
Fill out the contact form below, and share as much information with me as you can about where, when and how you want your elopement to be. If I’ve got availability, I’ll let you know, and we can confirm the date and location. We can have a call to see if we’re a good fit. And after that I’ll send you a booking proposal with a contract and invoice.
With a debit or credit card. (Yes, I accept AMEX). Just click the “pay now” button on the invoice, and you’ll be prompted to enter in your details. If you’re in the UK, you can also do a bank transfer.
Yup. It’s 50% to book your elopement photography and 50% a month before your elopement date.
Yes! I know how overwhelming it is to plan this. So I’m available over WhatsApp, iMessage or email for any questions and chats about planning.
Don’t even worry about it. Photographing couples that think they’re awkward is my speciality. If you need it, I’ll be telling you what to do with your hands, and giving you prompts that will make your experience fun and relaxed.
I would recommend at least 4-8 weeks in advance, especially during peak season. However, if I’m available, I’m happy to take short notice bookings. And if you’re planning in advance, I’m happy to reserve your date for you too. Basically, as soon as you have a date in mind – let me know.
This is something we’ll chat about on our initial call if we have one. If your session is in the city, we might manage 2 hours. But for anything in Glencoe and further afield, the minimum I recommend is 5 hours.
ABSOLUTELY! I’m so aware of the fact that you’ll want to be able to share your elopement with those that aren’t there, and I send some quick phone-edited snaps within hours of your elopement ending, followed by a proper preview within 72 hours.
Essentially, nothing about your day or experience will feel anything different when you add on a highlight film. I’ll put a microphone on you, and your celebrant to capture audio of your ceremony and vows, and that’s it! Throughout the day I’ll grab clips and put them together in a film for you.
It’s Scotland. The weather is going to do whatever it’s going to do. We’ll lean into it, and I’ll come prepared for whatever it might throw our way.
Yes. Your online gallery is linked to a professional print lab, so you (or family/friends) can order high-quality prints of your favorite photos easily. I offer prints in various sizes, beautiful framed enlargements, and bespoke photo albums. You can order these locally in the US, UK, Europe and Canada.
If any of these packages don’t quite seem right, please still reach out and we’ll have a chat.
