A Barbican Centre Engagement Shoot
I’ve always loved shooting in stark, brutal, concrete locations. One of my favourite engagement sessions ever actually took place in a parking lot. So when we planned Russell & Olivia’s engagement session in the Barbican Centre – I was thrilled.
The thing about places like the Barbican Centre and the Barbican Conservatory is that they create shapes and guide light effortlessly. More beautiful than brutal, I think. What do you think? Russell & Olivia and I spent some time wandering around the columns, walkways, and gardens. We even squeezed in a coffee at the cafe!
